Eating Well to Fight Postpartum Fatigue

We’ve all been there… feeling like a walking zombie, whether its day or night, the fatigue of having a newborn can be trying. Remember your body has also been through a trauma, and is recovering slowly. If you learn to eat well and graze during the day on healthy foods you will notice that you have more energy during the day.
