Entries are limited to those who are legally able to participate according to their state laws. Enter by filling out the online form and submitting it. You must include your name, address and email address to win. Entries will be accepted beginning March 19 and ending on midnight EST on September 29, 2009. The winner will be chosen by random drawing. The identity of the winner may be obtained by emailing a request to info@mazecordblood.com. The winner will be responsible for all applicable state and federal taxes. This drawing is governed by the laws of the State of New York. This offer is subject to all applicable state and local laws and is void where prohibited by law. The $500 savings bond will be mailed within 30 days of the drawing on September 30, 2009.
