Monthly Payment Plan for Option 1 - $240 per Month for 12 Months

M.A.Z.E. Cord Blood Laboratories is pleased to participate in the Care Credit payment program, an interest-free, 12-month payment plan. After submitting a $100 registration deposit, patients who are approved for a Care Credit plan can pay a steady monthly amount interest-free over 12 months.

This payment plan may not be combined with any other discounts or coupons.

One Time Payment for Collection, Processing and First Year of Storage, with Annual Storage Payments

Annual Storage Fee	$145 per year

*The annual storage fee of $145 will be guaranteed for ten years. After ten years, the price will be adjusted to meet the current annual storage rate.

Additional charge will apply for courier fees which vary depending upon the location of the hospital where you will deliver your baby. These costs typically range from $100 - $400.
