The MAZE Cord Blood Gift Registry is an easy way to let your friends and family know you have made the important decision to store your baby's cord blood. M.A.Z.E. offers them the opportunity to help pay for this extremely unique baby gift that will keep giving for years.
The MAZE Cord Blood Gift Registry is a special program open to all expectant parents who choose to bank their infant's cord blood. Gifts received through the M.A.Z.E. Cord Blood Gift Registry will be applied to the expectant parent's account. They may not exceed the amount charged for processing unless the couple has chosen the annual payment program. In that case, payments may be applied for future years' storage.
How Does the M.A.Z.E. Cord Blood Gift Registry Work?
The M.A.Z.E. Cord Blood Gift Registry sends an e mail to all your friends and family , informing them that you have chosen to store your baby's cord blood. We will provide them with your information and invite them to contribute to the gift of cord blood banking. Contributions to the M.A.Z.E. Cord Blood Gift Registry must be made by credit card, and will be applied to your account. Once your baby's cord blood arrives in our lab, we will close your account and charge your credit card for any remaining fees. If you are unable to collect your baby's cord blood, we will refund all credit card contributions within 30 days.
