I have all positive things to say about my MAZE cord blood experience. The entire process was VERY easy! The actual collection and delivery of the blood went by so easily that I hardly even remember it! (I was basking in the new mom glory I think!) The cost was not cheap, but very competitive when I researched the various options. MAZE has done some great follow up and even sent my son a teddy bear for his first birthday! I feel confident and safe that his cord blood is safe and secure, even though I hope we never need it! Thanks for everything MAZE!!

Our daughter Sarah was born in May of 2007. After doing a lot of research and talking with our OB regarding cord blood banking, my husband and I decided to bank our daughter's cord blood. I lucked out and found a great website that provided information on all the current cord blood banking companies. We chose MAZE for two reasons, the affordability and the customer service. With other companies, who called us almost nightly once we requested information, we felt like targets of bad sales pitches. With MAZE, we felt more like family. Everyone was so nice and helpful...not pushy and cold. We had a few issues with my blood samples, and I seem to remember something about problems with the medical pick-up/delivery service (I was in a new mother fog...and on lots of drugs following my c-section...but it all worked out in the end!). I was pleasantly surprised when on my daughter's first birthday she received a small teddy bear from MAZE...and we still have the 18 month magnet on our fridge! We are very happy with our decision to go bank our daughter's cord blood and with our decision to choose MAZE Laboratories.

I was able to quickly get in touch with the people able to answer my questions. The prepaid option was a very good deal compared to others. The process was easy to navigate and I was able to speak with the people at the laboratories and felt like things could be accomplished quickly and without a lot of red tape.

I have to say I am very satisfied with my experience with Maze. Starting with the price, we compared it with other companies, and there was no comparison at all. The difference was we could afford Maze, and we couldn't afford any of the other companies, they made it much more difficult. The process was extremely easy & did not feel overwhelming at all (I thought it would be). I have loved this experience so much, I do nothing but recommend Maze to all my pregnant friends....
Please, keep up the good work, you are wonderful, and I love the fact that you allowed me to do this by making it affordable to me. One suggestion, you guys should probably try to advertise more, I didn't know about Maze until my Lamaze class nurse mentioned it.

From the first day I contacted MAZE I felt relieved because I knew I had found a reputable company to bank my daughters cord blood with. Every phone call and email was responded to in a timely manner and all my questions were answered. Unfortunately, one of the most important features of a cord blood bank for my husband and I was price. I didn't want to sacrifice quality, so I did a lot of research before deciding on a company. After much Internet reading, I found MAZE. Even though they are not advertising on every other page in parenting magazines, I found out that they are just as reputable and certified as the big name banks. In fact, because they don't advertise as widely they are able to save the customers money in the end. I do however hope that other parents would research cord blood banking before choosing one out of a magazine, because there are so many other affordable options out there, such as MAZE. I have referred many people to MAZE who thought they would have otherwise not been able to afford to bank their child's cord blood.
