"Our daughter Sarah was born in May of 2007. After doing a lot of research and talking with our OB regarding cord blood banking, my husband and I decided to bank our daughter's cord blood. I lucked out and found a great website that provided information on all the current cord blood banking companies. We chose MAZE for two reasons, the affordability and the customer service. With other companies, who called us almost nightly once we requested information, we felt like targets of bad sales pitches. With MAZE, we felt more like family. Everyone was so nice and helpful...not pushy and cold. We had a few issues with my blood samples, and I seem to remember something about problems with the medical pick-up/delivery service (I was in a new mother fog...and on lots of drugs following my c-section...but it all worked out in the end!). I was pleasantly surprised when on my daughter's first birthday she received a small teddy bear from MAZE... and we still have the 18 month magnet on our fridge! We are very happy with our decision to go bank our daughter's cord blood and with our decision to choose MAZE Laboratories."

"From the first day I contacted MAZE I felt relieved because I knew I had found a reputable company to bank my daughters cord blood with. Every phone call and email was responded to in a timely manner and all my questions were answered. Unfortunately, one of the most important features of a cord blood bank for my husband and I was price. I didn't want to sacrifice quality, so I did a lot of research before deciding on a company. After much Internet reading, I found MAZE. Even though they are not advertising on every other page in parenting magazines, I found out that they are just as reputable and certified as the big name banks.
