Remaining Payment -- $1,910
TOTAL CORD BLOOD BANKING COST FOR 20 YEARS: $2,010

Cord Blood Banking Payment Option #2

Up-front fees for:

• cord blood collection kit
• processing
• one year of storage

An annual storage fee of $95 will be guaranteed for ten years. After ten years, the price will be adjusted to meet the current annual storage rate.

Deposit -- $100
Processing -- $1,200
One Year Storage -- $95
TOTAL INITIAL CORD BLOOD BANKING COST: $1,395

Courier fees are included for parts of New York City.  Please contact our office at 1-877-MAZELabs or 914-683-0000 or send us an email at information@mazecordblood.com to find out if there is a courier fee for your hospital and how much it will be.

If your due date is within 21 days of signing up with M.A.Z.E. Cord Blood Laboratories, we will need to expedite your registration and send your kit by overnight delivery. Because of this, there are additional minimal rush charges.  Please contact a cord blood coordinator at (914) 683-0000 or (877) MAZELAB (629-3522) to find out the additional charges.
