The only additional charge for normal delivery of the collection kit, processing and storage will be a courier charge which varies depending upon the location of the hospital where you will deliver your baby. These costs typically range from $250 - $400.

Cord Blood Banking Payment Alternatives
Care Credit
MAZE Cord Blood Laboratories is pleased to participate in the Care Credit payment program, an interest-free, 6month payment plan. After submitting a $100 deposit for the MAZE Cord Blood Kit, patients who are approved for a Care Credit plan can pay a steady monthly amount (under $320 per month) interest-free over 6 months.
Monthly Payments
If you can only make monthly payments on cord blood processing and
storage, M.A.Z.E. Labs will arrange for annual storage fee payments
over 20 years. The total cost in this case is $3200, with an upfront
cost of $1395. The upfront costs include a $100 deposit due at registration
and $1200 for processing, plus $95 for the first year of storage
both due upon collection at birth. The annual storage fee is $95 per
year for a total of $1805 in storage fees over the remaining 19 years.
The annual storage fee of $95 will be guaranteed for ten years. After
ten years, the price will be adjusted to meet the current annual storage
rate.
