I had an aortic aneurysm repair done 4 yrs. ago. I'm told that it will last approx. 7 yrs. and they can not repair it--So I have approx 3 yrs left to live! The stent runs from my rt. femeral artery up to the sternum and I have a fem to fem crossover graft. Would it be possible in the near futue to grow a new aorta and left iliac artery to restore blood flow to my left leg? I am 67 yrs old. I would be pleased to have a reply.
